陳詠思女士為註冊的檢定教員及幼兒中心主管，兼為特殊幼兒工作員，並從事學前教育行業10多年，曾於幼稚園、幼稚園及特殊幼兒中心工作。能夠透 過遊戲、正面鼓勵等元素刺激學童，增加學習動機，建立自信。另外亦會與家長緊密溝通，以了解學童的需要及進程，共同建立更合宜的教育方向，培養和諧的親子關係。務求讓學童在家庭、學習方面，都能處於一個愉快的成長環境，成為一個有自信、愛分享的孩子。
A Bit About Me
Ms. Chan Wing Sze, Winny is a certified early childhood educator and child-care center supervisor, specializing in special needs of early childhood education. With over a decade of experience in the preschool education sector, she has worked in kindergartens and centers for children with special needs.
Ms. Chan employs engaging methods such as learning through play and positive reinforcement to motivate young learners, fostering confidence and a love environment for learning. She also maintains close communication with parents to understand each child’s needs and progress, enabling her to design tailored educational strategies and support a harmonious parent-child relationship.
Her goal is to provide children with a joyful and supportive environment both at home and at school, helping them grow into confident, sharing individuals.
